Free launches “the subscriber service revolution” on box and mobile

It’s the big day for Free Proxi, 67 local operator teams are now located throughout France to fly to the rescue on a daily basis in record time for 25% of its 21 million subscribers. fixed and mobile.

Free officially launches on November 22 what it calls “the subscriber service revolution”. The objective for the operator is to be closer than ever to its subscribers to intervene as quickly and efficiently as possible. To do this, Free began to deploy a constellation of mini hubs in France at the end of 2019, i.e. small local teams made up of 8 to 10 Free advisers available to customers in their sector to answer all their requests, whether on the Freebox or Free Mobile offers.

Called Free Proxi, this new local assistance service is keen to stand out by being locally established with teams familiar with the fixed and mobile network infrastructures of the region in detail. “They can thus easily diagnose any incidents, and even go directly to subscribers’ homes to restore service or exchange equipment. Any request from a subscriber can thus be handled from A to Z by the same team, or even the same adviser”explains the operator.

Free Proxi is included in the Free offers. As soon as they are eligible, Free subscribers who wish to contact assistance are put in touch directly with their Free Proxi team. They have direct access to their advisers via their Subscriber Space on mobile and on the web or by telephone on 3244. The teams are available 7 days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. They undertake to find a solution for the subscriber within 15 minutes.

This innovative service already has 67 local teams established throughout France which, to date, cover 25% of its base of 21 million fixed and mobile subscribers. The objective is to reach, by the end of 2023, 150 local teams to cover 50% of the park.
