ATP, Australian Open > Novak Djokovic authorized to play the Australian Open 2023!

The good news keeps coming for Novak Djokovic, who got his Masters off to a perfect start with a win over Stefanos Tsitsipas.

After long months of waiting and hoping, the Serb has finally received permission to play the Australian Open 2023, which he was deprived of at the start of 2022. Local media are confirming this information one by one.

The new Minister of Immigration, Andrew Giles, has indeed lifted the three-year ban on the territory imposed on the Serb after his expulsion.

Nole will indeed obtain a visa and can therefore try to win a 10e title and a 22e Grand Slam title in Melbourne next January.

Great news for Djokovic and for tennis.
