On the night of November 10 to 11, between 2:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., a gang of around fifty hooded and armed bikers, some of them burst into two village halls where private parties were organized in the town of Rivière-Salée.
As a reminder, several shots were fired near the first site without causing any injuries among the 1,400 participants in the evening. Many shots were also committed on the second site where eight people out of the 700 participants were injured including six by bullet and two during the crowd movement that followed.
The gendarmerie specifies that no death is to be deplored despite these two violent events. However, an appeal to witnesses of these various facts is launched. The national gendarmerie “asks them to make themselves known to the gendarmerie brigade of Rivière-Salée where they will be welcomed to be heard there as witnesses”.
